About Us

MaryMary Hurley, OTR/L, CEIS

Mary has been an occupational therapist  for over 20 years providing quality OT services to children as well as caregiver teaching and support. An individualized approach is utilized in order to meet the child where he/she is in his/her development and take him/her beyond that point of skill development.

Mary is a graduate of Sargent College at Boston University with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. Prior to private practice, Mary worked in pediatric outpatient sites as well as for the Norton Public Schools. She continues to consult and provide treatment for Thom Neponset Valley Early Intervention. She is also a Certified Early Intervention Specialist.

JC Bio PicJustine Callanan, OTR/L, CEIS

Justine has been a licensed occupational therapist for 10 years. In high school, she developed a desire to assist and work closely with individuals with disabilities, and establishing a primary focus with those in the pediatric population. Following that passion, she attended and became a graduate of Springfield College where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies and Masters of Education in Occupational Therapy. Justine has had the opportunity to work for the Kennedy Donovan Center Early Intervention Program, Massachusetts public school systems, and outpatient clinics. Her previous work and life experiences are what led her to find her niche at My Pediatric OT Services. Working at the clinic allows Justine to grow and develop her skills as a clinician by implementing several treatment approaches and modalities while working closely with her colleagues. Justine sees the value in collaborating with other professionals and believes that a team approach best supports the families and clients she is honored to work with each and every day. Justine has certifications in The Listening Program, iLS, SOS Feeding Therapy, Handwriting Without Tears, and she has attended several Social Thinking workshops and Executive Functioning seminars.

Rachel MRachel Medeiros, COTA/L

Rachel is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, licensed in the state of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Rachel has always had a passion for caring for and working with children of all ages. For 4 years, Rachel worked 1:1 providing Home Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) and Personal Assistance and Supports (PASS). She provided therapeutic services for children on the autism spectrum within the home and community settings. This job was rewarding, as it brought Rachel further into the environment of working with kids with special needs and supporting their families. As an Occupational Therapy student at New England Institute of Technology, Rachel completed her Level 2 fieldwork internship at My Pediatric OT Services. She valued every aspect of working with such a knowledgeable, supportive, and caring group of practitioners. In 2018, she graduated Magna Cum Lade from New England Institute of technology, and was excited to immediately join the team at My Pediatric OT Services. Having a desire to continue her education in the mental health field, Rachel is now a student at Rhode Island College, where she will earn her BA in Psychology in 2021.
